We'll let you know before it expires. If you want to continue, you move onto a simple monthly subscription — no lock-in, cancel any time. If you choose not to continue, your account enters a 14-day cooling off period during which your data remains intact and accessible. After that, it is permanently and securely deleted from our systems.
Yes. Quotr is fully GDPR compliant. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored securely within the EU, and we never share your information or your customers' details with third parties. In line with the standard 14-day cooling off period, data for closed accounts is permanently deleted after 14 days. You can also request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.
