Absolutely. During onboarding we help you set up your company logo, VAT number, standard terms, and a full materials rate card with your own cost prices and markup. Already have a price list on paper or in a spreadsheet? Take a photo or upload the file and Quotr reads it in for you — no retyping. Once configured, every quote is branded to your business.
Any price Quotr can't confidently match to your rate card gets flagged on the quote before it goes anywhere. You have to review those specific lines and confirm them before the quote can be sent — you're always the final check before anything goes out under your name.
We'll let you know before it expires. If you want to continue, you move onto a simple monthly subscription at €59 a month — no lock-in, no contract. Want to stop? Just get in touch and we'll close your account. If you choose not to continue, your account is kept for 90 days in case you change your mind, and we'll email you before it's deleted. After that, it is permanently and securely deleted from our systems.
Yes. Quotr is fully GDPR compliant. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored securely within the EU. We never sell your data, and it's only ever used to run Quotr for you — never for marketing or anything else. If your account lapses, your data is kept for 90 days (we'll email you before it goes) and then permanently deleted. You can also request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.
