Terms of Service

Quotr is operated by Quotr HQ Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Ireland ("Quotr", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quotr platform available at www.quotr.ie (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Quotr provides a subscription-based software tool that enables tradespeople to generate professional, itemised PDF quotes by sending WhatsApp voice notes. The Service includes quote generation, rate card management, customer quote delivery, and related features as described on our website.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial beginning on the date you complete account setup. No payment is taken during the trial period.

If you do not cancel before the end of your trial period, your subscription will automatically commence and your first payment of €59 + VAT per month will be collected via SEPA Direct Debit. Subsequent payments will be collected on the same date each month thereafter.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. VAT is charged at the rate applicable in your jurisdiction.

Payments are collected monthly in advance by SEPA Direct Debit, processed by our authorised payment service provider. By subscribing, you authorise collection of the Subscription Fee on a recurring monthly basis in accordance with the SEPA Direct Debit scheme rules.

Quotr HQ Limited does not store your bank account details. All payment information is held and processed by our payment service provider in accordance with applicable regulations and their own terms and privacy policy.

You will be notified of any changes to the subscription price at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Settings page in your account or by emailing hello@quotr.ie.

To avoid being charged for the following month, you must cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date.

You can use Quotr freely for 14 days without providing any payment details. No charge is ever applied without your explicit action to subscribe.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload or transmit any content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes the rights of any third party
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties without our written consent
• Use automated means to access or scrape the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including voice recordings, rate card data, and business information ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Quotr a limited, non-exclusive licence to use Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe the rights of any third party and complies with all applicable laws.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including the software, design, branding, and underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to Quotr HQ Limited. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such rights to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quotr HQ Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Irish law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation. We do not warrant that quotes generated by the Service are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before sending it to customers.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
